It has a strategic location at the protruding part above the Dubai Creek, overlooking the Arabian Gulf. With great care and attention, BCG successfully restored the building and its existing 100-year-old foundations. The dwelling was meticulously re-constructed to preserve the beauty and splendor of its historic essence.

The existing cladding material was applied to a new reinforced concrete structure to maintain its authenticity while ensuring that its unique architecture can be enjoyed by future generations. The house unravels a host of cultural values and architectural viewpoints, currently standing as a museum and touristic icon receiving visitors all year round, which increases the appreciation and interest in the local heritage.
